Optical lenses and similar items are cleaned with alkaline, acidic, or neutral detergents, and then go through a pure water rinse process before being sent to a drying system using HFE/HFC solvents. The large amount of water brought into the drying system can be easily removed from the equipment due to the difference in specific gravity with the solvent. The cause of water stains after cleaning is the trace amounts of moisture that gradually dissolve into the drying solvent. Keeping this moisture at a reliably low concentration leads to zero water stains. By equipping our developed "Moisture Removal Device (optional)," a reliable and safe drying process can be expected. Additionally, by combining it with the "Automatic Alcohol Concentration Management Device for HFE/HFC," which is scheduled to be released soon, a safer drying system can be established.
